A family court judge granted streamer DDG visitation rights with his toddler son, Halo, in Italy. Earlier this month, a judge granted actress/singer Halle Bailey permission to take Halo to Rome, where she is filming a movie.
On June 24, a Los Angeles judge granted DDG’s request to visit his son. But the judge denied DDG’s request to visit Halo with his mother acting as supervisor during the visit.
Halle had objected to DDG’s mother supervising the visitation.
Halle told the court she didn’t feel comfortable with DDG visiting their son with his mother acting as supervisor. She accused DDG’s mother of enabling his childish behavior.
The court agreed and the judge ordered that the visit must be supervised by a neutral monitor — not DDG’s mother. He’s also banned from posting photos or videos of Halo on his social media during the visit.
The court found the visit to be a “reasonable request” but emphasized that the current temporary custody order remains in place.

Earlier this month, DDG filed a temporary restraining order against Halle. A judge granted the order. DDG, a former rapper-turned YouTube streamer, requested an emergency hearing to prevent Halle from taking their son to Italy. He claimed Halle is mentally unstable.
He listed troubling incidents in the petition including Halle taking his gun and leaving the house without telling him where she was going.

In his petition, DDG included photos of injuries on his hands that resemble bite marks. He said the wounds were inflicted on him by Halle.
The judge denied his request to prevent Halle from taking Halo to Rome.
