VIDEO: Conservatives Push Back After MSNBC Report Sparks Outrage Over Trump–Epstein Claims

Conservative leaders and media figures are demanding an immediate retraction — and raising the possibility of legal action — after an MSNBC legal analyst claimed that photos showed President Donald Trump pictured with “minors or survivors of Jeffrey Epstein.”

According to critics of the report, the images referenced by MSNBC were not new, had already circulated publicly for years, and did not depict minors. They argue the individuals shown were adult models at the time the photos were taken and that MSNBC’s characterization was misleading and damaging.

Conservatives further contend that the network blurred or redacted faces in the images in a way that implied wrongdoing where none has been established, fueling accusations they say are unsupported by evidence. Trump allies say the reporting falsely suggested a connection to Epstein’s crimes without substantiating the claim.

The controversy follows President Trump’s recent comments criticizing what he described as an “Epstein hoax,” in which he accused political opponents and sympathetic media outlets of attempting to tie him to Epstein despite a lack of proof. Trump has repeatedly stated that he severed ties with Epstein years before Epstein’s criminal case and has not been accused or charged in connection with Epstein’s activities.

Legal analysts aligned with Trump argue that falsely suggesting involvement with minors could meet the threshold for defamation, particularly given Trump’s status as a public figure and the gravity of the allegation. As of now, MSNBC has not announced a formal retraction, and no lawsuit has been filed.

The incident has renewed criticism from conservatives who say major media outlets continue to push narratives aimed at damaging Trump politically rather than reporting verified facts, while doing a disservice to actual victims by politicizing the Epstein case.
