The Department of Homeland Security has confirmed a disturbing surge in violent attacks against U.S. immigration agents, revealing that nearly a dozen vehicle ramming incidents occurred in just the past week alone.
According to DHS officials, ten separate cases involved vehicles being deliberately used as weapons against federal law enforcement officers carrying out immigration duties.
“We saw TEN vehicle rammings — the weaponization of a vehicle, a DEADLY weapon — against our law enforcement,” a DHS official confirmed.
The alarming escalation underscores what President Donald Trump has repeatedly warned about: a breakdown of law and order fueled by weak enforcement and radical political rhetoric targeting ICE and Border Patrol agents.
President Trump has long argued that demonizing immigration officers puts targets on their backs, emboldening violent actors who believe federal law enforcement can be attacked without consequences. These latest incidents appear to validate those concerns.
