VIDEO: Will Cain Exposes Web of Democrats Ilhan Omar, Tim Walz and AG Keith Ellison Linked to Somali Fraud

Conservative commentator Will Cain is drawing renewed attention to Minnesota’s large-scale nonprofit fraud cases, alleging a network of political connections involving Democratic figures Rep. Ilhan Omar, Gov. Tim Walz, and Attorney General Keith Ellison.

During his commentary, Cain said available information points to what he described as a “web of connections” surrounding the fraud schemes tied to pandemic-era food aid programs, including Feeding Our Future, which federal prosecutors have previously labeled the largest COVID relief fraud case in the country.

Cain highlighted Rep. Ilhan Omar’s role in sponsoring the 2020 MEALS Act, legislation that expanded food assistance programs during the pandemic. Critics argue the law reduced oversight and created opportunities for abuse, though Omar has denied any wrongdoing. Cain also pointed to reports that Omar held a political event at a business later linked to fraud charges and noted her past public associations with individuals who were subsequently convicted, emphasizing that no criminal charges have been filed against her.

The commentary also raised questions about Attorney General Keith Ellison, noting reports that his campaign received donations after meetings with individuals connected to Feeding Our Future. Ellison has previously stated he had no knowledge of fraud at the time and has emphasized that his office later assisted in investigations once allegations became clear.

Cain further referenced a separate federal case involving the former executive director of Black Lives Matter in Oklahoma City, who has been charged with wire fraud and money laundering. Prosecutors allege she misappropriated millions of dollars raised by the organization. Cain noted that photos circulating online show the individual alongside Rep. Omar at public events, which he cited as part of broader concerns about political associations.

Supporters of President Trump argue the developments underscore long-standing warnings about weak oversight, nonprofit abuse, and political protection networks under Democratic leadership. Trump allies have called for expanded investigations, increased transparency, and tougher enforcement to ensure taxpayer dollars are protected and fraud is aggressively prosecuted.

No charges have been filed against Omar, Walz, or Ellison in connection with the fraud cases, and all have denied any involvement.
