BREAKING: ‘Final, Agreed Upon’ Deal Reached Between US And Iran, Mediator Says

Pakistan announced Friday that the United States and Iran have agreed on the wording of a peace deal, a breakthrough that could bring an end to months of conflict and tense negotiations.

Pakistani Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif revealed that a “final, agreed text” had been reached and said Islamabad is now working with both sides on the next steps. Pakistan has served as a key mediator throughout the crisis.

The development comes after President Donald Trump declared that a settlement with Tehran was close, though questions remain about exactly what the agreement contains.

Trump pushed back Friday against reports circulating in foreign media about the terms of the deal.

“The terms that Iran leaked out to the Fake News have NOTHING to do with the terms that were agreed to, in writing. What they said, including their weak and pathetic statement on having a deal, bears no relation to the truth,” Trump wrote on Truth Social.

“Very dishonorable people to deal with. With them, there is no such thing as dealing in good faith. AMAZING!”

Iranian officials have struck a more cautious tone.

While acknowledging that negotiations have made significant progress, Tehran has stopped short of declaring that a final agreement has been approved. Iranian officials have indicated that internal reviews are still underway.

Details of the proposed memorandum have surfaced through various media reports, though neither Washington nor Tehran has publicly released the text. Trump has rejected descriptions of the deal that he says inaccurately portray the terms.

Pakistan has emerged as one of the central players in the diplomatic effort, working alongside regional powers to keep both sides at the negotiating table. The country previously helped broker cease-fire arrangements and hosted earlier rounds of talks.

Despite growing optimism, neither side has announced when any agreement would be formally signed.

For now, officials in Washington, Tehran and Islamabad are portraying the deal as a major step forward, even as questions remain over what concessions have been made and when a final agreement could take effect.

If finalized, the Iran agreement would represent one of the most significant foreign policy achievements of Trump’s second term and could reshape the balance of power in the Middle East.
