JUST IN: JD Vance And Joe Rogan Expose Dems’ Shocking Power Play On World’s Top Podcast

Vice President JD Vance and Joe Rogan discussed election integrity, voter ID, and the vulnerabilities of America’s elections systems during the most recent episode of the Joe Rogan Experience.

During the discussion, Rogan pointed to the massive influx of illegal aliens and asylum seekers who were released into the country under the Biden Administration. “They just opened the border and not just encouraged people to come across, but facilitated it,” he said.

The top-rated podcast host then pointed out that illegal aliens impact congressional apportionments, which ultimately grants states with high illegal alien populations — most of which are blue states — extra congressional seats and electoral college votes.

“It should only count citizens, but it doesn’t, and that actually steals congressional representation away from areas that have lower illegal immigration. Which is its own problem,” Vance responded.

Elsewhere in the discussion, Rogan pointed out that mail-in ballots had a massive impact on the 2020 election. “First of all, the idea of mail-in ballots for anybody other than people who are invalids who can’t leave their homes, or military personnel, or people serving overseas, should not be legal,” Rogan said.

“And the fact that it became ubiquitous during COVID is a giant problem.”

Vance responded by pointing to court rulings from the 2020 election pertaining to ballot harvesting. “There was a case in Pennsylvania that didn’t get very much attention. I’m going to butcher it a little bit, but basically it was a guy in a rural area of Pennsylvania saying, ‘You’re undercounting my vote because we didn’t have the opportunity to do the mail-in ballots like they did in Philadelphia and Pittsburgh.’ The argument was a kind of disparate impact,” the vice president noted.

“The cities ginned up all the mail-in balloting and the ballot harvesting. You didn’t do that in the country, and that hurt our representation. So they took this case to the Pennsylvania courts. What’s crazy is that the Pennsylvania courts basically said, ‘You’re making kind of a good point here. The ballot harvesting did affect Republicans in a more negative way. It did mean that certain people in the more rural parts of the state were underrepresented.’ But then the court conclusion was that this is not a problem the court can fix,” he continued.

“That’s a political problem—change your local elections leaders, change your laws. That’s not a remedy that the court has to provide. Everybody saw that case and thought, ‘Oh, the judge ruled against Donald Trump, ruled against Republicans for saying that there was something illegitimate.’ But no, actually the judge kind of said there is something fishy here. We’re just the wrong venue to fix it.”
